On my flight from Queenstown to Christchurch on the way back, the flight passed Mount Cook and the biking track we had traveled a few days earlier ... Starting from the bottom of the highest mountain, following the river complex, crossing the river on helicopter and continuing parallel to the lake (right hand side from this view).
